Development training
Development training by youth coaches of 1. FC Nürnberg
At the 1. FC Nürnberg Football School, young players from different age groups train under professional conditions. The players continue to play for their home clubs while receiving additional high-quality training at the youth academy (NachwuchsLeistungsZentrum). This benefits both the player and their respective club.
The children’s and youth training is not a reduced version of adult training, but an important and independent training area. We place the highest value on quality in development and aim to achieve our goals through age-appropriate content, modern methods, and well-structured training formats. Fun and passion for the sport are always at the forefront.
Our program is aimed at all boys and girls aged 6 to 13.
Training in the 1. FCN Football Kindergarten and Football School is led by qualified coaches from our youth academy.
Training takes place throughout the year, except on public holidays and during school holidays, at the Sportpark Valznerweiher, the training ground of 1. FC Nürnberg. Depending on weather conditions, sessions are held either outdoors or in the indoor sports hall.
